Lifestyle Beach sports look to expand

Lifestyle beach sports are planning to move around Victoria once they finish their season at St Kilda and Port Melbourne. With the huge response already for their tournaments, LBS could not stop there. So they are now in talks with the Geelong and Mornington regions to hold both more beach soccer clinics and tournaments. LBS will also talk with the FFV about selecting players from the beach soccer competitions to play in teams against interstate sides and also claim spots for the Beach soccer Australian team who are playing at the beach soccer World cup in Brazil in December. Once there is a permanent spot for these regions in Victoria, LBS will be looking to spread their wings around the country. They will be going around to all of Australia's iconic beaches, such as Glenelg beach in Adelaide, Bondi in Sydney and both Perth and queensland. If eventually LBS hold positions in all of these states then they can work on getting an interstate final competition and have both junior and senior selections for state and country selection for beach soccer.
